• It is required to bring Village Council President/Secretary  letter with letter head signed by VCP/Secretary.
• Voter’s ID Xerox attested copy.
• Below 18 yrs or Who does not have  voter’s ID,Xerox attested copy of Parents/guardian is necessary.
• Those who does not have parents Voter’s ID Xerox attested of Guardian is necessary.
• Recent Passport size with white background . No Scratch in Passport size.
